I don't know much about this piece other than it looks to be traditional German in style.  It really feels like a soft suede leather but I believe it is faux suede.  This has a lace up in the front but it actually has a zipper on the side.  The laces definitely make it adjustable.  I feel like this could fit a variety of sizes because of the laces but the vest is marked 36.  When laced to the tightest position if measures
armpit 16" with waist 14" across, when loosened to the largest position it measures 18" armpit to armpit and 15" across the upper waist area.  This measures approx. 16" long and has heart shaped buttons.  This is green but has variations in the color.
